Cancellation Policy

1. Transfer: No cancellation charges if cancelled at least 6 hours prior the pickup time. Rs:600 will be charged if cancelled less than 6 hours prior the pickup time.
2. Tour packages: No cancellation charges if cancelled at least 48 hours prior the pickup time. The fare for the first day will be charged if cancelled less than 48 hours before scheduled pick up time.
3. Pretermination: The fare for the utilised portion will be charged in case of the pretermination of the trip.

Refunds

Eligible refunds will be processed in 3 working days and will be made in the same mode of payment made. Refunds to credit, debit cards or bank accounts may take up to 7 working days to appear on your account depending on the card or bank.
